Raw Food is not a diet. There are many strands of raw food approaches and not all might be right for you. My personal approach, based on my own experience of IBS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain and Cancer,, is to help my clients choose foods with the highest possible nutritional value to give their bodies an optimal condition for healing. Raw plant-based foods are the heros of this way of eating.
Raw plant-based foods can give you more energy, great skin, bright eyes, luscious hair and a renewed joy for life. In short it can make you feel vibrant inside and out. I know you don't just want to live long, you want to grow old with grace and vitality. Raw plant based food fills every cell of your body with nutritious goodness and your body will thank you for it!
